To do this we need the best people to drive and lead our Café teams on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking experienced and dedicated Assistant Café Manager to join us.

About the role

  • Assist the Café Manager in all day-to-day operations.

  • Lead by example and be hands on with your team.

  • Deliver exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard of consistency and quality.
  • Manage costs to meet targets and identify opportunities to build the business.
  • Maintain and grow customer, team, and supplier relationships.

  • Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and Dome integrity for your team and guests.

  • Be passionate about coffee

About you

You will be someone who thrives on exceeding the expectations of both the teams and guests to which you are responsible. You will come from a similar food and beverage environment and have strong people management experience and excel in leading others. You will enjoy thriving in a fast-paced environment as well as leading your team to ensure a welcoming environment that strives to exceed guest expectations every time.

Your skills and experience

Experience in a similar environment is essential, and barista experience is an advantage. Experience across the operational needs of running a café from rostering to stock management is required. You must be available across the trade times including late nights and weekends.
