As Assistant Manager of Homewares in Belmont, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With competitive compensation, great benefits, and a supportive work environment, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss

- Work hours Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri 8AM to 530PM Thurs 8AM to 7PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide personalised styling advice and exceptional customer service
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
- Train and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotions and events

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in homewares or interior design, fashion, footwear or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating and developing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great fun, positive personality who everyone enjoys working with
- Detail-oriented with a knack for visual merchandising
- Must have a current Drivers Licence
