The purpose of an Assistant Store Manager is to support their Store Manager by leading and motivating their team, being accountable for their store’s performance, and driving an exceptional customer experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure impeccable product presentation and merchandising of the store and provide and facilitate focused training and development for the team.
- Lead from the floor and ensure all customers have a natural and immersive experience.
- Ensure our brand’s customer journey is delivered at all times.
- Respond effectively to customer feedback where possible on the spot to ensure a positive resolution for our customers.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels by service period to deliver exceptional service in both retail and lounge.
- Contribute to the recruitment of sales assistants to ensure the leadership team’s skill levels remain high.
- Build and maintain an effective succession plan to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
