**BGIS **is currently experiencing strong company growth and has an opening for a Facilities Coordinator to join our existing team.
- Permanent Full-Time Work | Stable Income

**The Role**:
using a flexible and adaptable approach for the responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator, including:

- Control of stores and inventory/Catalogue and Non-Catalogue Stock
- Stock procurement process
- Oversee and maintain the controls for parts requisition, storage and delivery to Operations Team.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems;
- HSEQ policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in commercial property or corporate real estate environment with residential experience a bonus;
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services
- Ability to work well within a small team with strong internal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience in Government practices, relevant legislation and policies, standards and agreements about property
- Demonstrated experience in real estate negotiations
