**The Opportunity**

Located in the Eastern Suburbs within 24 km of the CBD, our client is the most successful real estate group in Victoria consists of a dynamic team in Sales and Rentals. They formulate a tailored promotional and marketing campaign to ensure their clients achieve the best possible price for their property.

Their team consists of hardworking people who are supported by regular training programs, the most up-to-the-minute market information and state-of-the-art technology to consistently achieve outstanding results

**The Role**

You will be managing a portfolio of 150 properties with full admin support. Once your portfolio get to 550 rent role, they pay for you to go to Sydney and climb the bridge

This role will only require you to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and will be paid extra on top of work hours.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Routine Inspections
- OFIs
- Condition reports
- Entry & Final Inspections
- Maintenance
- General property management
- Leasing and client relationship management
- Setting processes and procedures
- VCAT preparation & attendance

**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property management managing their own portfolio
- Reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver’s License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and immaculate presentation
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
