Designed for effortless living, Ovolo South Yarra features 123 guest rooms, Lona Misa Restaurant & Bar, and event spaces.
The Front Office Manager is key for maximizing guest satisfaction and for the strategic development of our hotel. This is a leadership role that requires people management skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to execute and follow through on projects.
**Who you are**
- A seasoned FOM with solid 2-3 years at FOM level in a hotel environment
- Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and communicates game plans to address need areas and expand on the strengths.
- Can Co-ordinate of all aspects of the departments operation effortlessly
- Assists in ensuring that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.
- Communicates/updates all goals and results with employees.
- Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.
- An inspirational and people person who is a leader, mentor, support to your team that you manage.
- A stickler for attention to detail, the little things count
- Comfortable running your P&L, rostering and all things PMS
- Full of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong determination to succeed as a team
