**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure efficient project delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach, assisting with tasks as required to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.
- Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury custom-built homes.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to be hands-on and get involved in all aspects of site supervision, including physical work when necessary.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
