**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on great Luxury projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- 70% Management 30% on tools
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Carpenter with at least 7 - 10 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued more than $3M. It is essential that you worked on high-end projects and have experience working on architecturally designed homes and understand their complexities and challenges. Your demonstrated ability to work on the tools (30% max) as well as manage subcontractors and clients expectations will set you apart.
