Site Supervisor – High-End & Custom Residential Builds

Monument Projects, is a highly respected residential builder renowned for delivering quality custom, luxury homes and Renovations, is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney including the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Inner West and the North Shore this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple high-end builds and play a key role in ensuring exceptional delivery standards.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at Monument Projects, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Your leadership, coordination, and communication skills will be essential in managing trades, suppliers, and client relationships while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple custom and architectural home build / renovations across Sydney
  • Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and subcontractor performance
  • Drive proactive planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across project phases
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and manage rectification works as needed
  • Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, trades, and local authorities
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

  • Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential construction
  • Trade background in Carpentry or similar, with strong technical and practical knowledge
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or Carpentry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with multi-dwelling, knockdown rebuild, Renovations and extensions Projects
  • Australian citizenship required for this position
