Our Partner Construction with mission is to provide sound solutions for buildings across NSW and Queensland. Our focus is on the rectification of buildings that range from high-density residential through to Commercial and Industrial settings. Expertise ranges from single dwelling remediation, through to multi-million dollar industrial, commercial, and high-density residential buildings

**Objective of Role**:
Supervise and management day to day operation of projects and monitor WH&S practices
- Responsibilities:

- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure project is of high standard
- Sub-contractor coordination and management
- Supervise operations associated with supply, production and quality assurance
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and negotiate costs
- Assist in resource planning to meet schedule
- Co-ordinate and deliver materials to site
- Provide on
- site supervision and scheduling of projects
- WH&S responsibility
- Maintain site diary
- Carry out sub -contractor completion sign off and defects resolution
- Provide hands on support to sites including materials, handling, accepting deliveries, on the tools etc
- Site set up and inductions
- Read and understand scopes, plans and programs

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- Must be able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential site supervisor role
- Trade background
- Excellent scheduling skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Remedial construction experience highly regarded
- You must be eligible to work in Australia. This role required with Prior experience Remedial Project Manager_

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Remedial Site Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
