**About the role**
To support our successful we are looking for two Customer Service Administration Assistants aka Solutions Representatives to join our Employer Support team.
As a Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-channel queries related to clearing house and Employer Online. You will support employers, internal staff and distribution partners. You will pride yourself on being able to manage your priorities effectively, and will stay conscious of time demands whilst ensuring all transaction exception handling, reconciliation and transaction monitoring are met.
As the first point of reference for all digital queries, you will provide knowledge-based service. As a key aspect of this, you will need to have the ability to quickly diagnose customers support issues on the spot, explaining resolutions with patience and empathy.
Two roles are available, one on a **permanent** opportunity, the other as **12 month secondment/ max-term** opportunity.
We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Demonstrated experience in online/customer support (or equivalent) discipline and a sound knowledge of digital products.
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills, inclusive of an ability to influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature.
- Solid analytical skills, including an ability to analyse and identify technical issues.
- Sound ability to educate and train staff and employers.
- Advanced communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Manages personal effectiveness under pressure, or when dealing with challenging situations.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal development and education.
