Hospitality Superstore is a family-owned & operated business with 20+ employees with a reputation in the hospitality industry for providing quality products and amazing service. We offer the broadest selection of kitchenware, glassware, dinnerware, commercial equipment & consumables to many different sectors within the hospitality space.
Our distribution Centre and head office are located beside the gateway at Eagle farm and our showroom and demonstration kitchen is located in Fortitude Valley.
We believe in the lifetime value of a customer and understand that we can only do this if we are building long-term relationships and providing excellent service every time we interact with our clients.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30
As a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator, you will:
- Process Invoices and organise freight locally and interstate to dispatch orders.
- Assist customers via the phone
- Utilise MS Office and Sybiz to process sales quotes and sales orders.
- Liaise with the Warehouse on stock and order fulfilment
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with our clients.

You don't need to have hospitality experience; you just need to have a passion for people and demonstrate the following attributes:
