An opportunity exists for someone to join our rapidly growing company as National Sales Manager. The role involves leading the Australian and New Zealand sales and spare parts team, as well as working with senior staff across the business to delver exceptional customer service across our dealer network and to end user farmers.

A key senior role within the business, the National Sales Manager will be required to work closely with other senior leaders in the product, engineering, R&D and supply chain teams to ensure we deliver to our customers in full and on time, every time.

**Requirements**:
The National Sales Manager will have extensive sales experience in the Australian agricultural industry and will have a strong understanding of broad acre cropping practices. A self starter, the successful applicant will have demonstrated success in leading sales teams.

**Beneficial qualifications, skills and attributes for the Role**:

- Bachelor degree in business or related discipline
- Over 10 years experience in Australian agricultural sales
- Understanding of CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365

**Special Conditions**:

- Some out of hours work will be required
- Current driver’s licence and a willingness to drive
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination prior to commencement (if required).
- Regular interstate travel is expected for this role.
