We are currently looking for a dedicated **Category Manager - Beauty** to join our Merchandise team.

**Category managers are critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they ensure value for our members and customers by**:

- Supporting category and supplier sales growth
- Managing category margins, budgets and markdowns
- Negotiating trading term agreements with suppliers
- Driving category growth and identifying business opportunities
- Implementing promotional programs.

This position is based in our Support Office which is located in the Adelaide CBD with the ability to work some days from home.

**People who excel as National Pharmacies Category managers consistently demonstrate**:

- Experience in a merchandise Beauty/Skincare category management role
- Proven leadership skills focused on change management and organisational culture
- Experience building ongoing business results
- Proven analytical abilities
- Competency in the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience in negotiating supplier trading terms
- Developed interpersonal communication skills
- Experience maintaining respectful and collaborative business partnerships with suppliers and with internal customers.
