**Job Security - Sales Rep FMCG Australian Owned and Operated Company; **Long-term job security with a $100million company Adopt a secure Existing client base of 110 retail clients currently producing 1.8 million in turnover they are long-term committed clients and none of them are going anywhere else.

**Salary Package** - $75,000+10.5% Super+$15,000Car Allowance plus

a monthly $1,000 bonus structure = $12,000 bonus and to make it fun other financial incentives provided by clients and company for individual product sales achievement plus lots of perks and bunuses.

- you could be in power tools or any industry where you have say a minimum of 60 clients that you need to visit over a 6 week period and you not only manage relationships but you like to introduce products and think a little creatively, if that’s you then this position might be ideal for you. **The Company** - We are a
**Major FMCG Manufacturer, Supplier and Distributer of all of our own brands amongst other brands that we have exclusive marketing rights supplying the Retail foods and hospitality industries;**:

- our/your clients include the major food retailers including the “Big Two” and the Independents; there are 1000’s of skews in our product range all of which are authentic premium products including many European well-known brands that we have marketing rights to in Australia,_
- products that the end users search for and ask for by name in the stores,_

We are known for & only specialise in the premium product range. What does premium mean to us, highest quality from using only the best ingredients and the safest and healthiest practices in food production. As the end users/consumers are becoming more aware and health conscious our retailers have increased their orders across the board. On occasion when a client decides to turn to the cheaper end of town, unfortunately for them cheaper goes hand in hand with a drop in quality. A drop in quality means several things, such as corners cut in manufacturing producing a far less healthy product, less desirable due to taste and an overall less authentic taste especially with the European flavours and brands that we own and have the marketing rights to in Australia. What our sales team find amusing is that if one of their independent stores decides to go cheap and reduces their weekly/monthly order they soon experience a very noticeable drop in sales over the quarter and they then begin their reordering and in almost all cases they are inspired to increase their overall orders by ordering additional lines /skews of products to replace other inferior tasting brands that they stock.

**Position **- You will be taking over from a very good and successful operator who left the business after a long tenure in the position. Just pick up where he left off, everything is running smoothly, your job is to keep it that way and introduce more lines into the stores you manage.

Adopt and manage an existing territory of well
- looked after; living; breathing and weekly purchasing clientele where the business-to-business relationships between us and our/your clients have been well-oiled for years; your clients buy from us because their customers want authentic tasting high quality and in many cases, a European tasting product range that tastes authentic that you otherwise would not achieve if you cut corners in the manufacturing by shortening time of preparation or using cheaper alternative ingredients to make a product cheaper, the massive advantage we have is that food is not like say clothing you can fool your friends by purchasing a Nike tee shirt from Bali for two dollars and you can get away with that because it looks and feels like a Nike tee shirt but you can’t bluff or fool your tastebuds. Your clients are very well established however we have thousands of aesthetic skews some clients are buying 3 - 10 lines, its not difficult to increase those by showing retailers the superior numbers in sales and better margins against the poor quality cheaper brands; we use taste testing to secure lines and we even have assistants that will se
