**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

**To be considered you must have**:
Experience within recruitment as a 180 or 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:

- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
