**Role**:
The Operations Coordinator role will assist the team manage our portfolio of 40+ partners (landowners, cleaners etc) and properties. You will need to have strong organisational skills, be a quick learner and have a can-do problem-solving attitude. Our houses are remote and off-grid and require close monitoring to maximise customer satisfaction. You will need excellent relationship management skills to ensure that the various operations involved with the tiny house come together at the right time.

As part of this role you will be assisting the team manage our property portfolio. Tasks will include liaising with landowners, housekeepers and tradespeople to manage cleaning, inventory, maintenance, upgrades / refurbishments and deployment of new houses.

**Requirements**:

- This role is Sydney-based
- You must have a driver’s license to visit properties
- 3+ years’ relevant work experience in relationship management (e.g. guests, landlords, tradespeople or cleaners)
- Experience managing a portfolio of short-stay holiday rentals or properties could be helpful but is not required
- Short-term visa applicants looking for a 6-12 month contract will also be considered (and sponsorship may be considered)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
