Staffing Coordinator - Surry Hills

Looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, people-focused role? JRM Hospitality is seeking an energetic Staffing Coordinator to join our Surry Hills office. You'll be at the heart of our agency operations, ensuring shifts are filled, clients are supported, and staff are set up for success.

What you'll do:

  • Manage high-volume rostering and shift allocation for casual staff
  • Communicate daily with clients and candidates to confirm bookings
  • Coordinate last-minute changes with calm efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance in our scheduling systems
  • Build strong relationships across venues, events, and corporate sites

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or a staffing agency environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and a natural problem solver
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling or rostering systems (training provided)
