Duties include supporting the Field Operations Manager:

- By being passionate about, and promoting, excellence, quality and efficiency in all areas pertaining to data collection while bringing projects in within budget
- By being flexible with working hours as required to ensure the smooth running of the department
- In hiring and training of new field employees
- In performance monitoring of existing staff
- By ensuring all policies, procedures are maintained and adhered to

Key Selection Criteria
- Understanding of the challenges of managing a casual field team across both CATI (telephone) and face-to-face (F2F) research
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft office, with demonstrated strong excel skills and/or willingness to improve in this area
- Have a current drivers licence
- Demonstrated experience in working in the F2F market research interviewing environment (or transferrable relevant skills e.g. managing/supervising a team of casual workers)
- Willingness to ‘jump in’ when and where required to get things done

- Technical knowledge/experience (can work in a Windows and Android environment etc. and has demonstrated ability to learn different software packages or apps quickly)

The salary offered for this role will be based on relevant experience and suitability to the role as described.
