**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Shift Coordinator** to be part of our Radio Operations Group, Communication Services Command. The Shift Coordinator leads and provides high level supervision for a multi-functional team within Radio Operations Group, in the provision of high quality communications services and support to command, control and coordination functions of operational policing.

An essential requirement of this role is attainment of Senior Communications Officer second increment or demonstrate equivalent skills and qualifications.

This role is classified as a shift worker in accordance with clause 3.58 of the _Crown Employees (NSW Police Force Administrative Officer and Temporary Employees) Award 2009_. Shift penalties are paid in accordance with clause 89.1 of the Award.
