We are seeking a passionate Business Assurance Lead to join the Enterprise Business Systems Teams that is responsible for the Bureau's SAP ERP system.

You will lead key improvement initiatives to enhance the operating and delivery model for Bureau's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System. Specifically, you will:

- develop and implement policies and procedures that are aligned with industry best practices and corporate objectives.
- Lead audits of various business functions to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- continuously monitoring business processes to ensure timely identification and adoption of emerging risks and compliance issues. Identifying areas for enhancement, fostering efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

At the engagement level, you will facilitate clear communication with stakeholders by providing transparent information about assurance activities, building trust among internal and external partners. You are also expected to provide training and education to employees on compliance, risk management, and internal control processes, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
