As a Risk and Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Nufarm’s global risk management and compliance frameworks. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business units, supporting the company in making informed decisions, identifying key risks, and strengthening our assurance and governance practices.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

- Serve as a central point of contact for risk management, assurance, and compliance queries.
- Partner with business areas to embed contemporary risk management practices.
- Coordinate and perform internal audit reviews, from planning through reporting.
- Support internal audit planning and prioritization with the Head of Risk, Assurance & Compliance.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and reports for tracking and communicating risk performance.
- Support business continuity and crisis management improvement initiatives.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports for Executive and Board Risk Committees.

You’ll bring:

- A degree in Business, Commerce, Legal or Finance.
- Proven experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Risk Management qualifications are desirable.
