**About Our Client**:
You will be working for Australia's leader in advanced material solutions, who support multiple industries to include: Subsea, Renewable Energy, Defence, Mining and Infrastructure.Not only do they have the largest manufacturing facility in the world they also have a specialised Research and Development department to ensure they are at the forefront of advanced material solutions

You will be an integral part of the team

Duties include;
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Invoicing for product sales and on-hire equipment
- Creating & detailing sales orders within the Company's ERP system
- Raising purchase requisitions for and arranging credit card payments

to vendors

missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a positive and proactive team player who enjoys providing support for the wider team.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP systems (EPICOR preferable)
- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
