GRAF is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees. This entry-level opportunity combines paid, hands-on work experience with structured learning through a Certificate III in B2B Sales. You'll gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build a rewarding career in business-to-business (B2B) sales while being supported by experienced mentors.


What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Learning and applying B2B sales techniques, including client engagement and regional planning
  • Supporting sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Keeping accurate records in our CRM system and contributing to reports
  • Working closely with supply chain, technical, and customer service teams to meet customer needs
  • Participating in product and sales training sessions
  • Delivering excellent customer service while upholding workplace safety and professionalism

What we're looking for

  • Genuine enthusiasm to build a career in sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email; CRM skills a bonus)
  • Commitment to completing the traineeship requirements

It's a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or similar roles
  • An interest in sustainable products, water systems, or construction industries
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
