Operations Analyst
to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career in financial services and learn all aspects of how a share trading platform operates.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of essential functions, including:

  • Processing new client applications
  • Responding to client queries and providing excellent support
  • Daily cash and equities reconciliations
  • Assisting with corporate actions processing and allocations
  • Preparing reports and maintaining operational records
  • Supporting broader team tasks and projects as needed

About you

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Around 1 year of office experience (finance or administration preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment

Desirable:

  • Degree qualified (or near completion) in Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in the stock market and financial services industry
