**Poste**:

- As a Digital Fulfillment (e-Commerce) Operations Coordinator, you will support our Digital Fulfilment Lead in the operations of our e-commerce business. You will act as a partner between Louis Vuitton and our external e-commerce fulfillment team to ensure Louis Vuitton’s operating procedures and standards are maintained.
- You will ensure that daily operations and all online orders are fulfilled by our external team in a timely manner and support with any troubleshooting that may arise. This may include:

- Order and delivery tracking and investigation
- Assessment of any returned orders

You will also be responsible for managing our inventory (including participating in stocktakes) and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly operations for our digital leadership team.
- The opportunity is based between our head office in Sydney CBD and our warehouse at Erskine Park and may require work outside of standard business hours.

**Profil**:

- We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience in e-commerce order fulfillment.
- To ensure your success in our Maison, you will also bring:

- An ability to work with high volumes and to strict deadlines.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Experience working with a warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management (eg with Third Party Logistics providers)

As this role is based between the Sydney CBD and Erskine Park, you will need to be able to easily travel between these locations, therefore you will need to have a drivers licence and your own vehicle.
