About the role

When you join the Lifeblood team as a Donor Service Consultant your primary focus will be to provide an amazing service experience that inspires our donors to regularly book life-saving blood and plasma donations, ensuring we meet patient demand within the Australian Community.

You’ll be working with an award-winning team in a modern multi-channel contact centre while also having the option to work from home through our hybrid working model. The work could involve a combination of inbound and outbound calling, live chat, and potentially social media support.

Proven ability to provide a memorable customer experience

High attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Willingness to contribute to a positive and solution focused team culture

Our training and development programs will prepare you with all the technical abilities and service standards you’ll need to assist our life-giving donors.

This is a Permanent full-time opportunity - 76 hours a fortnight at our National Contact Centre, Currie Street, Adelaide with and some flexibility to work from home. The shifts may vary between Monday - Saturdays across a roster spanning anytime between 7:30am - 7:00pm
