Reporting to Optimisation & Change Manager, Service & Experience Coordinator will coordinate end-to-end employee engagement journey incorporating talent acquisition and onboarding functions working closely with P&C and Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

The role would be a blend and priorities may vary around change in business but essentially will focus on coordination of on-boarding, training support, engagement, and experience journey.

**Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for**:
Experience in end-to-end sourcing, attracting, hiring and on-boarding employee and consultant resources preferably in a call centre environment

Well -developed communication skills including written & verbal along with interpersonal skills

Excellent planning & coordination skills with eye to details for continuous improvements by sharing knowledge and feedback.

Strong Stakeholder management capabilities, to work co-operatively and interact effectively at all levels within the organisation

Ability to balance priorities and work to deadline

Sound Technical & Digital aptitude

This is a fixed term full-time role for a year based in Adelaide with some flexibility to work from home.
