**About the Role**

Our National Contact Centre is expanding, and we’re seeking passionate Donor Service Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

- A donor-centric approach with experience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Strong attention to detail and a quick ability to learn new processes.
- A commitment to privacy, quality, and excellence in every interaction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on understanding and meeting donor needs.
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and exceeding KPIs.

**Training and Rostering**

We offer flexible working arrangements to suit various preferences, with both full-time and part-time roles available. Here’s what you can expect:

- **Full-Time Schedule**: 12-week rotating roster between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday per rotation.
