**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for People Administrator to join the team at Smithfield-NSW.

**Role responsibilities**
- Developing job advertisements
- Proactively seeking talent by using a variety of platforms
- Developing talent pipelines through active use of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Parting with business unit senior leaders to deliver the People Strategy and support the business unit people plan
- Providing coaching and advice to leaders to build people leadership capability
- Identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement as part of our Building Better program
- Complex case management and resolution via a variety of approaches
- Employee Lifecycle process implementation including performance & development reviews, salary reviews, talent & succession planning
- Be an agent of change in relation to organisation design, workforce planning and culture
- Provides proactive HR policy guidance and interpretation and helps to set our policy landscape
- Continuously drives engagement with our people, understanding the critical role they play in cultural promotion and employee value proposition (EVP)

**Does this sound like you?**
- Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of business partnering within a Centre of Excellence model
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Change management experience
- A strong influencer and relationship builder
