We are seeking an experienced VIP EUC/Desktop Engineer to join our team in Sydney or Canberra for a 4 month contract.

The ESS VIP Engineer will be responsible for supporting key executives within a key client.
- Customer service, basic technical troubleshooting, software/hardware installation
- Some in-depth knowledge of the relevant platform's operating system(s), network, and mechanisms, such as security and distribution
- Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills
- Setting up Meeting Rooms
- O365
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Technical knowledge of desktop, laptops
- WIN10, building and deploying PC’s
- Responsive
- Self-motivated
- Incident troubleshooting and Resolution
- Can work in a team environment
- NV1 Clearance
- Prior experience supporting a VIP client site is preferred
