**Our client, a long-term government contractor is seeking a permanent Corporate Receptionist / VIP Concierge to be based in their office in inner south suburb of Canberra.**

**Responsibilities**:

- High level of customer service to external stakeholders
- Managing phone systems ensuring all phone calls are answered professionally
- Visitors check in and management
- Meeting room coordination and set up
- Ensuring that mail and deliveries are sorted and distributed to office personnel
- Monitoring of office supplies
- Cooperation with the Executive Assistant team
- Support to the Senior Site Support Coordinator

**About You**:

- Immaculate and professional personal presentation and always maintain a professional conduct.
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Have great proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Is a team player, organised and efficient.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have or be able to pass a Government Baseline security clearance.
