About The Role
As a Project Manager at Cecure, you'll own your projects from client agreement through to construction handover. You'll work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to deliver remediation projects that require precision, planning, and problem-solving - not repetition. Every site is different, and every solution must be tailored.

This is an opportunity to step into a delivery role that blends commercial structure with residential familiarity - suited to someone who thrives on complexity, stakeholder coordination, and driving quality outcomes in live environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initial scope to final handover
  • Coordinate consultants, strata managers, owners corporations, and delivery teams
  • Develop programs, track budgets, and ensure compliance with BCA and NCC
  • Lead site meetings, documentation, and reporting
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Maintain high standards of client communication and stakeholder care

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally in building remediation or medium-density residential projects
  • Strong coordination and communication skills across varied stakeholders
  • Experience managing Class 2 or similar projects with D&C delivery methods
  • Sound understanding of compliance, permits, and defect resolution processes
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects and competing timelines
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field preferred
