**About the role**
Ethos Urban is seeking a National People & Culture Advisor to join our team of urban development professionals. This role will suit a dynamic and passionate individual looking to build a great foundation for their professional career and work within a highly regarded urban development firm.
**Key responsibilities**
- Providing generalist P&C support to our technical consultants enabling their success as market leaders in Urban Development.
- Providing end-to-end coaching and counsel on Ethos Urban policy, process and best practice to ensure the growth and development of individual capability across the organisation.
- Bedding down the focus on data driven decision making, improving business efficiencies and outcomes.
- Working in unison with the National P&C Manager to deliver our overall people strategy and enhance the overall EVP at Ethos Urban.
- Assisting in developing new processes, policy changes and recommendations to meet organisational needs.
- Drive forward the People calendar, including EES, reward and recognition, HSW, supporting our employee networks, performance review processes & calibration
- P&C project work - if you are someone who is a self starter and can clearly identify an area of improvement, you have the agency to run your own projects from development to implementation with the support of the GLT.
- Maintenance of employee records and databases across HRIS and business management systems.
- Working collaboratively with our operations and business support teams to enable the best place to work as a company.
- Own end to end recruitment processes for our growing business
**Who we are looking for**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis - Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney
- Experience within a professional services environment
- The ability to manage stakeholders at all levels with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
- Able to effectively coach & train others, including hands on practical tuition and presentation of technical training information
- Understands and can address inter-dependencies in business needs, processes & outcomes across all areas of the business and how as P&C we can assist in continual improvement.
- Strong administrative skills; experienced in preparing office systems, processes, and procedures designed to improve consultant efficiency
- Ability to quickly pick up and work with a variety of digital platforms, and experienced in assisting with data management through HRIS and business management systems (BambooHR, SharePoint, ADP, MS Office experience advantageous)
- Organised and efficient in work processes, experienced in managing to deliverables and milestones
- Confidence, common sense, and flexibility
- Ability to engage, influence, counter resistance and win respect
- Strong stakeholder engagement and team building skills
