**The Company**

Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with this global organisation operating within the children's entertainment sector. A multisite business with over 100 venues nationally and growing, this is a company that values their people, lives by their values and boasts strong tenure. With approximately 120 in their head office and growing, this is an exciting time to join a flexible, supportive and friendly business in a newly created people-position.

**The Role**

A newly created role to support business growth, you will sit within a well-established HR team and report into a fantastic, down to earth leader. Working closely with venue managers and employees across the business, this role will see you partner with stakeholders to create, implement and execute people initiatives and activities with a focus on all things employee engagement and fun

**The Duties**
- Partner with people-leaders and the wider Human Resources team to develop and implement engagement activities across multi-site locations
- Develop initiatives to enhance talent and workplace experience with a focus on people engagement
- Manage administration and continual improvement of the people engagement survey
- Champion & evolve benefits including Reward and Recognition

Whilst exposure to retail, hospitality or entertainment industries would be hugely valuable, what will see you thrive in this role is your vibrant nature, can-do attitude and passion for all things people, culture and fun. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR coordinator or advisor with engagement experience looking to step-up
- High energy & great communication skills essential
- Retail, hospitality or entertainment exposure highly desirable
- Experience within a similar position, or HR Coordinator/Advisor role highly desirable
