We are Charlotte has partnered with **Avive Health**, in the search for their first ever **National People & Culture Partner**

Avive Health is an emerging provider, setting a new standard in mental health care through innovative and compassionate services.

We seek individuals who demonstrate professionalism, compassion, empathy, and initiative.

This role can be full-time or part-time, with the potential to progress to full-time. As the National People & Culture Partner at Avive Health, you will work alongside experts in a supportive environment where everyone is treated with understanding, dignity, and respect.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals, using data insights to enhance employee engagement, attract and retain talent, and drive growth and innovation.
- Leading workforce planning, recruitment, and development to ensure the right people are in place, with a focus on building a strong succession plan and promoting internal talent mobility.
- Fostering Avive Health’s core values by creating an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports employee wellbeing, productivity, and a positive work environment.
- Designing and executing programs that enhance the employee experience, including initiatives for recognition, career development, and feedback.
- Overseeing learning and development initiatives that encourage continuous growth, enhance leadership capability, and improve skills across the team.
- Developing and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Managing performance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, EBA re-negotiations, and compliance, while streamlining processes through HR systems and technology.
- Leading organisational change efforts to guide the team smoothly through transitions and growth.
- Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to the Senior Leadership team and Board on all people-related matters.
- Providing essential People & Culture support across all levels of the organisation, including travel to Avive Health sites in Mount Eliza and Brisbane.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proven operational and strategic experience in an HR leadership role, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Experience in change management, including navigating periods of organisational growth or transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, relevant awards, labour laws, and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated success in leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to designing, leading, and executing people and culture strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Skilled in developing organisational initiatives that enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, and workplace culture.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technologies, with experience in HRIS systems (Employment Hero desirable).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and liaison skills, along with a flexible working attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and solve problems within established guidelines, meeting work targets with mínimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related business discipline.
