**About the Organisation**
Join this growing, Australian Engineering organisation as the People and Culture Manager focusing on employee experience, training, and leadership development.

**The Position**
The HR Manager oversees and delivers both strategic and operational responsibilities for all HR streams with the support of a small HR team. While this role is instrumental in leading the cultivation of the culture, it is also a fantastic role for an HR professional to implement new systems, processes, and procedures, and uncover new opportunities to drive the employee experience and build leadership capability.

Working closely with the ELT and Senior Leaders, the People & Culture Manager will need to be driven, passionate, and looking to build HR best practices with a focus on People.
Some key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the delivery of performance management outcomes including KPI goal setting and reporting;
- Delivery of Learning and Development training;
- Compensation and Benefits reviews;
- Sitting on the ELT and driving HR strategy and operations
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of all policies and procedures.

**Suited To**
This will suit an experienced HR Professional who is looking to build upon an already great culture and lead the way in HR innovation. You will be experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders (ELT) in both a strategic and operational capacity. You will be passionate about employee experience and building and maintaining an outstanding culture with a focus on performance and capability. You will have strong stakeholder management capability, be willing to roll up your sleeves, and outcomes focused.

In return, you'll lead the HR function for a business that invests in its people, joining a team of intelligent and passionate individuals.

$150,000 + bonus + superannuation

CBD Location location (hybrid)
