**Key Accountabilities**:

- A key contributing member on shaping the group's future: fit for role, redefine induction processes, lead employee engagement initiatives, lead annual performance processes to build role clarity and accountability, roll out learning and development, management of exits and retention of key talent.
- Lead the cultural transformation to a more achievement culture.
- Lead business transformation across the group to drive accountability, consistent continuous improvement and a business partnering mindset across functions.
- Lead the design and review of leadership development initiatives.
- Lead the talent management process.
- Working with the CEO and Executive, communicate updates to the board on the People and Culture agenda.
- Oversee financial management of the People and Culture budget including the salary line ensuring up to date benchmarking and remuneration equity is in place.
