**Job Description**:
Based in Sydney CBD and reporting to the CFO, the Head of People & Culture is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a people and culture function for Squadron Energy to enable the company to meet its strategy. You will work closely with the Executive team, CEO and Board to ensure the company has a leading reputation as an employer within industry.

Duties include:

- Develop a people and culture strategy for Squadron Energy including diversity, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, learning and development, strong values-based culture, workforce planning, career development.
- Implement the strategy, including building a team of people and culture professionals.
- Develop Squadron Energy to be an employer of choice.
- Oversee the development of policies and standards in all required areas of human resources.
- Build a strong talent identification pipeline for Squadron Energy.
- Develop a graduate program.
- Work with universities and TAFEs to develop partnerships to attract leading talent.

**Qualifications**:
You will hold graduate qualifications in a relevant field.

You have strong previous experience leading a people and culture function in a large company considered to be a leading employer.

You are innovative with the ability to demonstrate new ways of building high performance teams.

You can work in a fast-paced environment.

You have excellent relationships with the external market.

You have demonstrated experience building a talent pipeline.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage relationships with staff and the leadership team.
