**About our Hotel**

As a Clustered Group Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for the management of all group bookings for Novotel Melbourne South Wharf and Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley.

Your role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Manage all group bookings of 10 rooms or more including PCO group blocks relating to inventory, payment and group setup.
- Ensure a prompt input of reservations and data
- Preparation of group information sheets (group movements) and briefing of Hotel stakeholders prior to arrival of group.
- Performs all reservations duties including making and entering reservations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and friendly phone manner
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and fast and accurate data entry
- Strong customer service orientation and being guest obsessed
- Experience in a Front Office or Reservations role is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.
