Guest Service Agent – BreakFree Port Pirie

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Agents to join our team at BreakFree Port Pirie. With casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available, this is your chance to be part of a welcoming team that prides itself on delivering genuine hospitality.

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:

  • Greeting guests and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Answering phones, responding to guest enquiries, and providing local knowledge.
  • Handling reservations and payments accurately.
  • Assisting with daily front office operations and administration.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintaining a professional, friendly, and helpful approach at all times.
About you

We're looking for team players who are:

  • Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
  • Confident, approachable, and well-presented.
  • Organised with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).
  • Flexible with availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

    Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is desirable but not essential—if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training.
