Situated in a breathtaking natural environment, surroudned by Bouddi National Park, Bells at Killcare is a prime destination for city escapes, weekend getaways, and midweek business conferences.

Role Description

This on-site role located at Killcare Heights, is for a casual Guest Services Agent, which involves welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay to ensure a memorable and positive experience. Key responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Our Guest Services Agents also coordinate & communicate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently and professionally.

This is a causal position that involves weekend hours.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are advantageous
