We currently have two fixed term opportunities available to support our Processing and Assessment team with the delivery of legislative reform and operational projects.

As our Business Implementation Lead you will support the Processing and Assessment Division with the delivery of legislative reform and operational projects.

This position will:

- Support and guide project and change specialists on process-based questions and queries
- Perform the role of product owner for legislative and technology transformation projects
- Lead the design and implementation of operational solutions for Processing and Assessment teams to ensure that all project outcomes delivered are fit for purpose, effective and efficient
- Assist with the implementation of new and enhanced processes, systems, legislation/regulations and operational policies.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project outcomes consistent with operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new areas of practice and providing innovative solutions while focusing on the achievements of long
- term goals for the division.
- Experience developing business plans, operational frameworks, briefs and project delivery documents in a concise manner on complex issues to senior management stakeholders.
- Experience in the implementation of regulatory change and or legislative reform is highly desirable.
