**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading governament organization. They regulate Victoria's building industries.

**About the role**:
This is a 12-month contract with further potential extensions.

This role follows a hybrid work model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational leadership, management, and direction to specialist project teams
- Manage resourcing, timeline and budget parameters
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines
- Contribute to the development of strategic divisional planning associated with the administration of the licensing and registration scheme for building and plumbing practitioners and support the Division in the achievement of relevant corporate objectives

**Skills and experience**:

- Knowledge of, or experience in implementation of regulatory change and/or legislative reform
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience in project management methodologies, tools and frameworks (such as Prince2, Agile, MS Project)
- Tertiary qualifications in business analysis, project management or other relevant qualifications

**Competencies**:

- Stakeholder and people management
- Analytical approach and problem-solving skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
