We someone who has experience in deploying major IT systems, ideally ones that support investment teams. This doesn't necessarily have to be an implementation of Aladdin or eFront but that would be very highly regarded.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the implementation of Aladdin and eFront systems.
- Drive the adoption of these systems across the business, working with Infrastructure Portfolio Management team to educate them on how to best use the platforms.
- Consult with exec and GM level stakeholders throughout the business to continuously develop/enhance the Aladdin/eFront platform.
- The role will work closely and support the data manager role currently being established in the Asset Management team.
- Maintaining a high level of understanding of the companies infrastructure investments, the industry funds and broader superannuation sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Financial systems implementation experience, ideally with knowledge around Aladdin and/or eFront
- Power BI or Tableau skills
- Financial markets / investment experience is viewed favorably, preferably with knowledge of private asset classes and foreign exchange products
- Understanding of funds management businesses (across multiple business units), preferably with some exposure to an unlisted asset class.
- Business acumen, understanding of financial metrics and key performance drivers.
