**About the role**

At Gowrie, we are passionate about getting the right people onboard who will help us to achieve our purpose to champion excellence in early childhood education and care. The Talent Acquisition and People Advisor will ensure we recruit people with the talent, skills, and values-fit we need now and into the future. This role will also support our P&C Business Partners by providing frontline advice and support on a wide range of people matters such as award interpretation, managing complex employment arrangements, and support for performance management.

You will be responsible for recruitment across our organisation, managing recruitment campaigns from briefing through to appointment, as well as working with hiring managers to find tactical responses to local or specialist recruitment needs. You will monitor our workforce plans, and ensure we are planning to meet our current and emerging needs.

**About you**
- Experience in managing recruitment from briefing through to appointment.
- Qualifications in HR or related field to enable you to respond to a range of employment matters.
- You are used to working at a fast pace with high volumes of applicants.
- You are a confident communicator and work with your hiring managers to find the right fit for their teams.
- Working in a small team, you are flexible and adaptable and ready to work in a wide range of P&C activities.

We offer hybrid working, but face-to-face interaction with your client group is essential. As an integral support function for our education professionals, solid partnering relationships are the cornerstone to your success in the role.
