**T**he Opportunity - 3 Month contract - Full time hours**

This an initial 3-month contract opportunity with flexible working arrangements. You can work within our new Medibank Hub and from home.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure recruitment deliverables are met within the agreed timeframes, discussing limitations if targets are not being met by raising risks & suggesting remedial action options.
- Arranging psychometric assessments via preferred providers
- Processing offers and coordinating background checks including criminal records checks and references.
- Working in line with our Capability Framework to build the overall talent profile of the business.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organisation.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Medibank and external partners.

**About You**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment working in a high-volume desk, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current talent market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
