As the P&C Business Partner at Gowrie Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the organisation to drive a people management culture that aligns with our values and purpose. You will act as a “critical friend” to leaders, providing objective perspectives and expert advice on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, diversity, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. You are a trusted advisor and able to work through complex employment matters in keeping with our values of curiosity, authenticity and commitment.
You will also lead our Talent and People Advisor, ensuring our talent acquisition processes enable us to source the next generation of great educators, teachers, coaches, and leaders in the early childhood sector. You will develop talent acquisition tactics and strategies to ensure we attract the best in the sector to work with us.
Working in a small team, you are used to being flexible and adaptable. You will also contribute to the wider organisational people strategy through analysing data, trends, and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
We offer hybrid working, but face-to-face interaction with your client group is essential. As an integral support function for our education professionals, solid partnering relationships are the cornerstone to your success in the role.
