**About Us**

Due to continued business expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive **Office Manager** to join our team and support day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate the administrative functions of the head office to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Manage daily office activities including scheduling, document control, correspondence, and general administration.
- Assist with project support, including tracking construction schedules, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor office systems, including supplier invoices, payroll records, and general accounts coordination in conjunction with the external accountant.
- Liaise with internal departments (project managers, site supervisors, estimators) to support workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS regulations, and record-keeping standards.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, allocate workloads, and conduct performance reviews.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training and development.
- Manage office supplies and building maintenance needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an office management or senior administrative role (construction or related industries preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety and general HR practices.
- Tertiary qualification in business administration or related discipline is desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
