**About this opportunity**

Dovida is looking for a Finance Officer to join our Lower North Shore office in Lane Cove. This role involves a combination of accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities.

The primary focus will be on processing vendor invoices accurately and on time, maintaining financial records, and assisting the team in streamlining workflows within a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, requiring 25 hours per week, with some flexibility regarding when those hours are worked (Monday through Friday).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable
- Month end reconciliation and reporting
- Process monthly client invoicing
- Prepare administration and financial reports for management as required including accounts receivable, accounts payable and operational scorecards.
- Manage aging debtors to ensure all invoices are paid within an appropriate timeframe.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in both accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Accurate data entry and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Cert II or higher in accounting and bookkeeping is desirable
